Please prepare your contribution in such a way that the speaking times provided for this purpose, which can be taken from the detailed programme, are adhered to. Chairs and moderators may interrupt should you overrun your time limit. The following speaking times are planned:
Presentation in lectures: 6 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion time
Presentation in ePoster sessions: 3 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion time
Presentation in Special-ePoster sessions: 4 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussiontime

Please create your presentation in 16:9 format.
The preferred file format is .pptx, alternatively pdf files are also accepted. The use of other formats may lead to deviations due to conversion problems.
A notebook with PDF reader and MS Office PowerPoint 2016 will be provided for your presentation.
Different coding of video and audio formats can cause problems. For a smoothly running conference please visit the Media check-in in time – at least 2 hours before your presentation is scheduled to start.
Handing in your presentations
Please hand in your presentations on a storage medium with an USB port at the media Check-In. You have the opportunity to test and edit your presentation.
Please note: No more ePosters will be accepted and uploaded to terminals on site!
