Preface the corresponding declaration to your presentation with a separate slide. A template with the corresponding mandatory information can be found here.

Presentations
Please create your presentation in 16:9 format.
The preferred file format is .pptx, alternatively pdf files are also accepted. The use of other formats may lead to deviations due to conversion problems.
A notebook with PDF reader and MS Office PowerPoint 2016 will be provided for your presentation.
We use the speaker's view of MS Office PowerPoint for the presentation. There is a clock integrated, which you can use to self-monitor your speaking time.
The use of your own notebook is possible after consultation, however, this will interfere with the orderly flow in the hall. Please remember your adapter to HDMI.

Attention
Different coding of video and audio formats can cause problems. For a smoothly running conference please visit the Media check-in in time – at least 2 hours before your presentation is scheduled to start.

Handing in your presentations
Please hand in your presentations on a storage medium with an USB port at the media Check-In. You have the opportunity to test and edit your presentation.

Please submit your presentation via the Upload Center by Thursday, November 25, 2021!

As the presentations will be technically checked again before the congress and adjustments may be necessary, a timely submission is important.

Please note: No more ePosters will be accepted and uploaded to terminals on site!
